(1) Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products and offer different warranty options per product (specified on each product page), ranging from 1–3 years.

Tftsystems.com fully warrants its products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for 2 year from the date of delivery. Product defects arising from faulty materials or unsatisfactory workmanship will be replaced or repaired to a serviceable condition free of charge to the original purchaser for said time period, providing the products have been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s assembly instructions.

TFTSYSTEMS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

Tftsystems.com makes no other warranties except for the warranties expressly set forth above. All repairs and returns must be approved in writing by the factory before action is taken. All claims are to be reported to email: mike@tftsystems.com

The product purchase date and copy of the invoice are required to process and authorize any warranty claim.

Repair or replacement in accordance with the foregoing procedure is the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any defective products, whether buyer’s claim arises under contract, tort or otherwise, and in any event, Tftsystems.com liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the products purchased.

(2) Assembly & Installation Disclaimer

1. Customer Responsibility

Unless you have explicitly purchased professional, on-site installation services directly from our company as part of your written order, all products are shipped flat-packed or unassembled and require customer assembly and installation.

You are solely responsible for assembling and installing the products in strict accordance with the provided manuals, guidelines, or instructions. You may choose to assemble the products yourself or hire a qualified, professional local contractor at your own expense.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our company, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be held liable, legally or financially, for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from improper, negligent, or incorrect assembly, handling, or installation of our products.

This strict limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to:

• Product Damage: Any structural failure, breakages, or functional defects of the product caused by incorrect assembly or modification.
• Property Damage: Any damage caused to your premises during or after installation, including but not limited to damage to walls, floors, ceilings, electrical wiring, or adjacent structures.
• Personal Injury: Any bodily injury, accidents, or medical emergencies sustained by you, your employees, or any third-party installation contractors resulting from incorrect assembly or improper handling of heavy components.

3. No Warranty on Third-Party Services

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the quality of work performed by any third-party assembly or installation professionals hired by the customer. Any disputes regarding third-party installation must be resolved directly between the customer and their chosen contractor.

(3) Product Variations & Warranties

1. Color and Image Variations

We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and textures of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, please be advised that the actual color you see will depend on your monitor settings, screen resolution, and lighting conditions.

Furthermore, due to natural batch variations in production raw materials and manufacturing processes, slight color variations, shade differences, or texture changes may occur between production runs. These minor discrepancies are normal and shall not be deemed as product defects or quality issues.

2. Dimensional Tolerances and Specifications

All product dimensions and specifications stated on our website are for reference purposes only. Due to different measuring tools, methods, and the inherent nature of industrial manufacturing processes, a minor dimensional variance (e.g., up to ±5mm or ±0.2 inches) is considered within acceptable industry standards.

Such minor measurements variations do not affect the functionality, safety, or structural integrity of the products, and therefore do not constitute a quality issue, non-conformity, or grounds for a free return or refund.
