Refund policy

The terms and conditions set forth herein represent an offer by TFT Office Trend to sell product to the purchaser.

 

These terms and conditions shall supersede any inconsistent or contrary terms and conditions indicated on the actual order or any other document supplied by the purchaser.

 

Product Quality or Damages

TFT Office Trend strives to provide a high-quality product. If your product arrives damaged, has missing parts, or has other workmanship defects TFT Office Trend will ensure necessary services to provide you support and solutions to maintain our product quality standards.

In product quality or damages cases, the customer is responsible to open packaging, inspect product, and report damages within 3 days of the product delivery date. Such claims must be accompanied by photographs and include a detailed description and be emailed to mike@tftsystems.com. Failure to make a claim within the 3-day period of time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise.

In cases of missing parts and workmanship defects, TFT Office Trend will absorb costs incurred in replacing.

3-Day Standard Return Policy

Customers have a maximum of 3 days to inform TFT Office Trend of intent to return a limited quantity of products back to TFT Office Trend. The 3 days will begin on the original date that the product was delivered to the customer. Once the customer notifies TFT Office Trend of their intent to return their products, customer will be responsible for covering return shipping costs incurred from the customer site back to a TFT Office Trend.

If full payment has been accepted, the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the total invoice amount.

Return Restrictions:

  • The return policy is only applicable to a maximum order size of one (1) TFT Office Trend Pro-type pod for 1 person. These quantities cannot be combined into a larger order. All returns must be for the quantity of products that were originally placed.
  • All items must have the original packaging and be accessible for disassembly and pick-up. We recommend that all customers keep the original packaging for this 3 day period.
  • Customers must notify TFT Office Trend of intent to return within 3 days from the delivery date of products.
  • All returns must be coordinated through TFT Office Trend and TFT Office Trend's logistics partners.
  • TFT Office Trend reserves the right to inspect the booths that the customer intends to return before authorizing the return.
  • Return policy applies only to orders shipped from Washington State.
  • Customized products cannot be returned, and customer-modified products cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to vinyl packaging, decals, carving, custom manufacturing, etc.
  • Returns may take up to 180 days to process from the date items is received by TFT Office Trend.
